PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a protection circuit and to miniaturize the scale of a circuit by taking synchronization between a transmitter and a receiver by using a code error, not by using a frame marker bit. CONSTITUTION:To encoded transmission data 104, the code error is inserted at a time when a frame pulse 105 is generated from a transmission frame counter 1 by a code error inserter 4, and it is converted to code error encoded transmission data 106, and is sent to the receiver side. At the receiver 107 side, the code error encoded transmission data 106 is inputted to a code error detector 6 to output a code error detection pulse 108 in the case of detecting the code error. Meanwhile, the code error encoded transmission data 106 is inputted to a decoder 7, and it is converted to decoded reception data 109, and the decoded reception data 109 is inputted to a separation converter 8 whose separation procedure is controlled by a separation control pulse 110 generated by a frame counter 5, and multiplexed data is separated, then, data 112 is outputted. In such a way, it is possible to make the protection circuit unnecessary, and to miniaturize the scale of the circuit. |
