PURPOSE:To prevent cracks and damage of a constant by constructing the contact with two types of welded conductive materials, one with strong spring characteristics and the other with relatively weak spring characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Contact section 12 for providing an electrical connecting function and supporting member 18 to fix a contact 51 to the insulator housing 21 are made of relatively strong spring characteristic metal 52, and a conductive land of a circuit board 44 and solder tails 13 for welding are made of relatively weak spring characteristic metal. These two types of metal are welded together and integrated to form a contact 51. The contact 51 constructed as such has a solder tail 13 which presses the board 44 with relatively weak spring characteristics at the welded metallic part, and enables the control of resilience to lift a housing 21. Using this mechanism, cracks and damage can be avoided. |
