PURPOSE:To obtain risotto usable for food immediately after thawing by heating, causing neither burning of boiled rice i heating nor swelling of rice grain, by placing frozen boiled rice ingredients in a container, adding soup to the container and freezing. CONSTITUTION:Boiled rice is blended with vegetable oil and gelatin, for example, formed into a doughnut shape and frozen to give frozen boiled rice 4. The boiled rice is placed on ingredients 2 (e.g., vegetable and fish and shellfish) put in an aluminum container 1 of pot type then soup 3 and optionally soup 5 different from the soup 3 are added to the container and frozen to give the aimed risotto wherein the frozen boiled rice 4 is not brought into contact with the bottom of the aluminum container 1. |
