PURPOSE:To stably form a physiologically active material layer as a thin film on a transducer by providing a coating layer of fluoroplastic which is electrochemically inert on a transducer surface. CONSTITUTION:The stage for, for example, spray coating of the fluoroplastic is introduced prior to coating of a physiologically active material-contg. coating liquid in the case of immobilizing said coating liquid by a dipping coating method or spin coating method on an anode 1 and cathode 2 formed by vapor deposition of chromium and gold successively on a glass substrate 3 as a transducer. The ruggedness on the transducer surface is thereby increased and the surface area is increased and, therefore, the physiologically active material of the sufficient amt. can be immobilized to the surface even if the viscosity of the coating liquid is low. The amt. of the physiologically active material to be immobilized is adjusted by controlling the conditions of the spraying conditions. |
