发明名称 DRAW TYPE OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve recording sensitivity and the CN of regenerating signals by providing an underlying layer consisting of an org. plasma-polymerized film between a disk substrate and a recording film constituted by laminating a passive state forming metal on both sides of a layer essentially consisting of tin. CONSTITUTION:The disk substrate 1 formed with guide grooves consisting of a thermosetting resin is formed. The underlying layer 2 consisting of the plasma-polymerized film of CS2 having 200Angstrom thickness is formed in a vacuum device on the guide groove forming face side of the disk substrate 1. The recording film 3 constituted by laminating Ti on both sides of the layer consisting of SnSe and Sn is in succession formed on the guide groove forming surface side formed with the underlying layer 2. The layer consisting of the SnSe and Sn is formed to 170Angstrom thickness and the Ti film is formed to 25Angstrom thickness, respectively. The recording sensitivity and the CN of the reproduction signal are enhanced in such a manner and the high-quality DRAW type optical information recording medium is produced.
