DRUG PREPARATION FOR PHYSIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF NERVE INTERNAL SECRETION SYSTEM, IMMUNE ACTIVATION AND PROPAGATION SUPPRESSION OF HORMONE DEPENDENT TUMOR AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject medicine preparation comprising a complex of a water soluble polypeptide separated from the tissue of animal brain epithalamo-epiphyseal region. CONSTITUTION: The tissue of animal brain epithalamo-epiphyseal region is treated with an organic solvent at the highest temperature of 5 deg.C, the solvent is removed and the tissue is destroyed. A complex of a water-soluble polypeptide is extracted from the tissue by using 1-10% aqueous solution of acetic acid in the presence of 0.2-2g of zinc chloride based on 1L of the aqueous solution. The complex is precipitated from the prepared extracted solution (supernatant liquid) at 0 10 deg. rot by an organic solvent, the precipitate is washed with the organic solvent at the temperature and dried at 15-20 deg.C. The complex of water-soluble polypeptide is extracted from the dried precipitate with water, the extracted solution is sterilely filtered and lyophilized to give the complex of the water-soluble polypeptide precipitate having 250-11,000 dalton molecular weight and an isoelectric point at pH3.0-10.5 and containing nitrogen to form an amino acid part in an amount of 0.34×10<3> to 40×10μ-3 mol/mg.
