PRODUCTION OF SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce oxygen defect of an obtd. superconducting film in a stage of spraying thermally powdery compound oxide superconducting material to the surface of a substrate by forming a specified atmosphere contg. O2 on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An inert gas atmosphere contg. >=30% O2 is formed as an atmosphere in a thermal spray device. In this atmosphere, powder compound oxide superconducting material contg. a CuxOy group is sprayed thermally to the surface of the substrate. Thus, a superconducting film contg. reduced deficiency of oxygen is formed on the surface of the substrate.
