PURPOSE:To obtain an oriented film which has good wettability with an org. film and has excellent curability at a low temp. by adding a specific polar org. solvent to a resin compsn. consisting of a specific polyimide and specific polyimide prepolymer. CONSTITUTION:The polar org. solvent expressed by formula III is added at 50-500pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. resin compsn. consisting of 10-1,000pts.wt. polyimide resin which is expressed by formula I and has the imide structures all subjected to ring opening in the molecule and 100pts.wt. polyimide prepolymer. In formula I, R1-R2 denote an alkyl group or arom. group; X is expressed by formula IV. In formula II, R1, R2 denote a benzene ring, condensed benzene ring, etc.; X1 is expressed by formula V. In formula III, R1-R4 is a hydrogen atom or alkyl group contg. >=1 C. The oriented film which has the good wettability with a plastic film and can be cured at a low temp. is thereby obtd. |
