The invention relates to a convertible garment with sleeves, and, more particularly, to improvements to a convertible garment described in a main patent application, in which retraction of the sleeves makes it possible radically to modify the appearance of the garment. This garment with retractable sleeves, in which a closure is arranged along the outer face of each sleeve 1, the closure being entirely openable, is such that the said sleeve 1 is attached to the waistcoat (garment body) at an attachment point 3 located below the armhole and, in addition, at least one closure 6 supplements the attachment of the sleeve to the waistcoat (garment body).
