PURPOSE:To detect the abnormality of sealed immunoreaction reagent, by measuring the fluorescence intensity from the interior of a test cup during the advance of antigen-antibody reaction. CONSTITUTION:The light from a light source 2 is passed through a filter 3 on an exciting side to be allowed to be incident on a test cup 1 from a dichroic mirror 4 through a condensing lens 5. Subsequently, the emitted light from said cup 1 is received by a photodetector 7 through the lens 5, the mirror 4 and a filter 6 on a light detecting side and fluorescence intensity is measured by a predetermined signal processing circuit. Further, magnetic beads 8 having an antibody bonded thereto and a separate antibody labelled with enzyme are preliminarily added to the surface of the cup 1 and, by the addition of a liquid to be examined containing an antigen, the specific reaction of immobilized antibody-antigen-enzyme labelled antibody is performed. By this method, abnormality such as the deterioration of an immunoreaction reagent can be detected while measurement is continued. |
