PRODUCTION OF BULK BLEND FERTILIZER

PURPOSE:To continuously obtain bulk blend fertilizer free from a fracture and blending unevenness with a simple equipment by providing quantitative feeders to respective raw material tanks and allowing granular raw material fertilizer to fall on a belt conveyor from the respective raw material tanks at a prescribed rate and allowing them to fall from the conveyor to join them. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of granular raw material fertilizers are prepared and separately contained in respective raw material tanks 11 and also quantitative feeders 12 are provided to the respective tanks 11. The granular fertilizers are allowed to continuously fall on a transferring belt conveyor 13 for a turntable from the respective tanks 11 as a prescribed rate and the laminer flows 14 or the linear flows of the granular fertilizers are formed. Then bulk blend fertilizer is obtained by allowing them to continuously fall on belt conveyors 16 from the belt conveyors 13 or the turntable and to be dispersed and joined.
