PURPOSE:To obtain the title 'konjak' (devil's-tongue) with enhanced appetite and moderate resistance to the teeth, by incorporating an aqueous solution of ginkgo nut extract with a raw material of 'konjak'. CONSTITUTION:Boiled ginkgo nuts are put to a mixer into a liquid, which is then strained to produce an extract. This extract is dissolved in water to prepare an aqueous solution of said extract. Thence, this solution is incorporated with a raw material of 'konjak', thus obtaining the objective thinly stripped 'konjak'. This 'konjak' is palely yellowed, giving mild smell peculiar to ginkgo nut leading to enhancing appetite. Moreover, synergistic effect due to a combination of the ginkgo nut extract and 'konjak' mannan will double the resilience compared to conventional 'konjak'. |
