PURPOSE:To surely attain an operation to check the bleeding by constituting at least the blood vessel sandwiching part, which is contacted with the blood vessel, of forceps with an electrically conductive sintering body. CONSTITUTION:A point A of forceps 1 to sandwich and sinter the blood vessel in order to check the bleeding consists of a pair of electrodes, and a part to practically abutted on the blood vessel consists of the electrically conductive sintering body. A power source device 2 to generate a high frequency current turns on and off electric conduction to the forceps 1 connected by a code 4 by means of stepping a foot-switch by using a foot. As the electrically conductive sintering body, titanium nitride, titanium carbonade, silicon carbonade suitably added with the titanium carbonade, zirconium boride, cermet, cemented carbide, etc., are used. |
