PURPOSE:To enhance plasticizing performance effectively by providing a stock preheating means in a stock feeding pipeline connecting a stock hopper with a heating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An electric heater 44 for preheating is installed on the outer peripheral face of a hopper supporting pipeline 40, and a plurality of lines of heat transfer fins 46 are projectingly provided in parallel with in the axial direction in a stock feeding pipeline 42. A stock is preheated efficiently and uniformly by the heater 44 for preheating in the pipeline 42, and further preheated again through a heater 48 for auxiliary preheating. Said stock is heated by a heater 30 in the extrusion process and also kneaded to be plasticized completely.
