Power assisted system for driving road wheels of vehicles - reduces total power required to drive vehicles by using fluid from brake servo circuit

The shaft (2) driving the road wheels of a motor car is fitted with a rotor (7) with radial blades. The rotor (7) runs inside an inner casing (6) mounted inside an outer casing (4). Fluid from the servo system of the power assisted steering or brakes enters and leaves through the ports (5) and in so doing drives the rotor (7). The additional driving system is intended to reduce the total power required to drive the vehicle. It is also claimed that the principle can be applied to all types of vehicles including bicycles.
