PURPOSE:To eliminate the reduction of danger and medical treatment effects by displaying respective outputs and general outputs of plural semiconductor laser lights, when the general output is made abnormally higher, stopping laser light irradiation and when the output is reduced, generating an alarm sound, etc. CONSTITUTION:Plural semiconductor lasers 8 and 8' are respectively separately driven by power transistors 10 and 10'. The optical output of these semiconductor lasers 8 and 8' is monitored with PIN photodiodes 9 and 9', the individual outputs are displayed by display devices 3 and 31 and the general output to add the outputs is displayed by a display device 2. When the general laser optical output becomes very high, the laser light irradiation is stopped by an interrupting circuit 18 and when the general laser optical output is reduced from a set value, a buzzer 5 is driven. |
