<p>PURPOSE:To wash many types of lenses having different curvatures with a common washing plate and improve a setup property in a washing process by inclinedly setting a cylindrical washing plate at a defined angle to the rotation axis of a lens and washing a lens face while rotating the lens and the washing plate. CONSTITUTION:The rotation axis (b) of a cylindrical washing plate 11 is relatively inclinedly placed to the rotation axis (a) of a lens 10 immediately after polished at an angle theta which is determined by the curvature radius R of the lens 10. Then, while rotating the lens 10 and the washing plate 11, the washing plate 11 is press-contacted with the machining face 10a of the lens 10. Further, a washing liquid 12 is fed from a nozzle 15 to wash the lens 10. Thus, as a common washing plate 11 is press-contacted while being rotated with the machining face 10a, various lenses 10 can be washed greatly lightening the care of the washing plate 11 while improving the setup property in a washing process.</p> |
