PURPOSE:To improve seating comfortableness by forming a coil spring with winding a formed wire itself in a coil shape at the both edge parts of a formed wire spring, preventing the body of a seating person from sinking into the seat, and uniformly supporting it. CONSTITUTION:At a skeletal frame 2 of a seat 1, a spring body 3 consisting of a zigzag spring 7 in forward and backward directions and a formed wire spring 6 in rightward and leftward directions is fitted. A cushion material 4 is mounted on the top of the spring body 3, and the cushion material 4 is covered with the surface skin 5. Further, at both edge parts of the formed wire spring 6, a coil spring 8 obtained by winding the spring 6 of its own in the coil shape is formed. That is, when a seat 1 is weighed, the spring 8 and the springs 6 and 7 integrally support a load, one body of the seating person does not sink into the seat 1, it can be uniformly supported, the seating comfortableness can be improved, and high cushion effect can be obtained. |
