PURPOSE: To exchange data and the time slot use quantity between schedule users by displaying a composite schedule in the format which is selected by using idle times and occupation time information of schedules. CONSTITUTION: A display selection picture including various indication messages is displayed to a schedule owner to aid him in designating a selected subset. For the purpose of determining whether a schedule item belongs to the subset or not, the schedule owner inputs a search reference, which he wants to use, with keys in response to indication messages. The subset is displayed in at least one composite picture using the granularity of time designated by the owner. Thus, the schedule owner requets an electronic schedule entry system to display or print out the subset of the schedule item selected from plural schedules held in the system. |
