<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the maneuvering performance by mounting an engine with automatic transmission in the car body frames, suspending a swing arm on the car body frames through a damper device, and allowing this swing arm to bear the rear axle. CONSTITUTION:Car body frames 1 are formed from a tank rail tube 3 whose tip is coupled with a head 2a of steering shaft 2, a pair of side members 4 forming an engine mounting part, and a seat rail 5 forming a seat arranging part. Therein an engine 13 with automatic transmission is mounted within the car body frames 1. Through a bracket 8 the tip of a swing arm 9 is pivoted at the tail of the side members 4. The top of this swing arm 9 is suspended by a damper device 10 borne by the car body frames 1, while the tail part supports the rear axle housing 12 of the rear axle 11.</p> |
