PURPOSE:To automatically decide the reliability of the storing contents of the backed-up non-volatile memory at the time of the electricity restoration and to prevent the malfunction of a device after a long time power failure by detecting the reduction of a back-up voltage at the time of the power failure and temporarily writing the back-up voltage reduction information to the non- volatile memory. CONSTITUTION:A back-up power supply reduction detecting part 20 detects the reduction of the back-up voltage and a non-volatile memory 23 temporarily stores the reduction information of the back-up voltage. A deciding control part 28 reads the voltage reduction information stored at the time of the electricity restoration and decides the reliability of the storing data of a non-volatile memory 14. Thus, the reliability of the storing data of the non-volatile memory 14 can be automatically decided and the generation of the malfunction after the long time power failure can be also prevented. |
