PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation by switching the generation conditions of a musical tone according to touch response detection information obtained from a depressed key. CONSTITUTION:The level of the touch response detection information S1 obtained from each key 2 provided as a tone pitch specifying means is controlled to a value corresponding to the operation of a player by touch response operation when the player depresses the key. Here, when a touch response manipulated variable corresponding to the key 2 which is depressed reaches a specific value, the player can easily switches the musical tone generation conditions only by pressing the key 2 by switching the generation conditions of the musical tone, and a switching operation means dedicated to the switching of the generation conditions, therefore, need not be provided specially. Consequently, the switching operation of the musical tone generation conditions such as automatic playing patterns, etc., is facilitated. |
