PURPOSE:To manufacture a base, optically isotropic and with a smooth surface, with good productivity by bonding molding units with low melting metal to form a mold for casting and then injecting liquid resin, solidifying, and then releasing. CONSTITUTION:Units 1 are put in a vacuum tank, and a metal film 2 composed of chrome is adhered to a surface with a chrome film by means of a sputter. A chrome film can be adhered to the side face and the rear face of the unit simultaneously. Then, the positions of units are fixed, and the spaces between the units are bonded with low melting metal 5. Eutectic soldering is applied to the low melting metal. Cells are assembled, and liquid resin B is injected for polymerizing. |
