Use of flexible semi-finished products of fibre-reinforced plastics for producing hollow bodies

Use of flexible semi-finished products, which comprise one or more textile sheet-like structures impregnated with a thermoplastic or laminated, for producing hollow bodies, in particular tubes for the ventilation of passenger compartments. The semi-finished products are in this case made to curve out tubularly and the edges of the semi-finished products are joined to one another such that they overlap or after they have been folded. Preferably coming into consideration as textile sheet-like structures are woven fabrics, mats, nonwoven or laid fabrics which are laminated with aromatic polyethers or polythioethers.
