PURPOSE: To safely fill a prescribed amt. of gas by actuating a socket fitted into a pump for spray control cooperatively with an upper sleeve while braking the descending rate of a piston for the purpose of filling the gas. CONSTITUTION: Liquid is packed into an aeerosol can up to a certain level and after the volume for sealing of gaseous nitrogen or the like is made to remain, the pump 3 is crimped to the can. This can is placed on a filling stand. When the sleeve 20 of the gas filling device is lowered by lowering an actuator, the knap of a finger 13 infiltrates the inside of a centering device 2, by which the socket 1 is clamped to the pump 3. Simultaneously a discharge orifice 10 from the cylinder 4 is aligned to a duct 25. Then, the piston 5 moves downward and a needle 8 passes the hole of the pump 8 at a controlled speed to push a valve member 105 downward, thereby eventually closing the pump 3. The pressurized gas is thus filled into the can. |
