PURPOSE:To provide high shield properties and heat dissipation properties by clamping an electromagnetic shield material constituted of a conductive sheet and an insulating resin sheet between molding dies and then integrally molding thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic material 1 introduced from a sheet roll 17 is disposed in tension with its conductive sheet 3 facing to the inner face of a female mold 21 between the female mold 21 and a male mold 23. The electromagnetic shield material 1 is deformed into a desired shape by clamping, and when thermoplastic resin 25 is injected into a molding space formed by the female mold 21 and the male mold 23, thermoplastic resin 25 is embedded on the side of an insulating resin sheet 5 of the eleotromagnetic shield material 1 and integrated thereon. Then, an electromagnetic shield molding 27 is formed by cutting an outer peripheral edge of the molding 27. |
