PURPOSE:To obtain a stable and highly accurate table which can stand a lopsided load by making the downside guide of both side guides which are installed parallel to a table axis while being inclined at a defined angle on an installing base, a ball-and-roller bearing and restricting the rotation with respect to the axis by the upside guide. CONSTITUTION:The rail-portion installing faces 14a, 14b of a cross roller guide 13b provided on the lower part of an inclined table are pressed against a table side installing face 15b and a base side installing face 16b within leaving gaps because of the load of the table 11. The roller 17 in the cross roller guide is also pressed without leaving a gap by the rolling faces 18a, 18b in a rail and, since the pressing force is constant, gaps toward the table side installing face 15b and toward the base side installing face 16b can be always kept constant. At this time, an upper cross roller guide 13a can restrict the rotation of the upper part of the table 11 with a bearing portion as a fulcrum by means of the cross roller guide 13b, preventing the rotation with respect to a table axis. |
