PURPOSE:To enhance the maneuvering stability and small radius turning performance by connecting a first order delay circuit to one of a plurality of control cylinders, controlling this first order delay circuit according to the car speed by a pump, and thereby changing over the opposite and same phases in steering and also the duration of each phase. CONSTITUTION:When the front wheels are steered for ex. to the right, pressure fluid flows into pressure chambers 44, 63 of control cylinders S1, S2 upon passing through a passage 48. At this time, the pressure rise in the pressure chamber 44 is delayed by a first order delay circuit consisting of an orifice 50 and an accumulator 56. Accordingly pressure rises earlier in the pressure chamber 63 to put a piston 43 into motion, so that a soop 40 of a control valve V is changed over to the left position II. Consequently the pressure fluid flows into a pressure chamber 16 of a power cylinder C2 for rear wheels to steer them left. At the time of low speed running, for ex., the discharge amount of a pilot pump 58 is decreased to shrink the opening area of the orifice 50, and thus opposite phases of the front and rear wheels are maintained for a long period of time. |
