<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate ruptures of bags and to contrive to extremely improve freshness retention time of Flammulina velutipes, by packing Flammulina velutipes into bags of plural-layer film made to have specific properties or cut materials and sealing. CONSTITUTION:A base layer consists of a mixture comprising 30-90wt.% one or more of 2-10C alpha-olefinic copolymers and 70-10wt.% copolymer having 5-80wt.% based on total constituent components of one or more monomer units selected from vinyl acetate, acrylic acid and styrene. The surface layer is made of the 2-10C alpha-olefinic copolymer to give a melt-cutting sealable plural- layer film which has 20-150g/m<2> (24h.40 deg.C) steam permeability, 3,000-30,000cc/m<2> (24hr.atm.20 deg.C.90%RH) O2 permeability, 12,000-110,000cc/m<2> CO2 permeability and >=3.0kg-cm/15mm melt-cutting sealing strength (when cut in a molten state and sealed at 270 deg.C) and contains an anti-fogging agent at least on the contact face with Flammulina velutipes. Then the film is processed into bags or cut materials and Flammulina velutipes is packed and the gas or cut materials are cut in a molten state and sealed.</p> |
