PURPOSE:To start a call always by means of an unoccupied channel without transmitting and receiving carriers by successively deciding and storing the existence of the carriers of both channels of a call and a control in the period of a standby condition, and simultaneously, successively updating the data of a memory. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is inputted and the standby condition is in, the existences of the carriers of transmitting frequencies T and receiving frequencies R of plural respective call channels except the control channel are successively decided, and the decision results are successively written to prescribed addresses corresponding to respective channels of a channel memory 10 up to an n-channel. The same decisions are executed as to the carriers of transmitting and receiving frequencies CT and CR of a control channel C, and the decision results are successively written to the corresponding address. Such deciding actions of the call and control channel are repeatedly executed successively in the period of the standby condition alternately, and the data of the channel memory 10 are updated. |
