PURPOSE: To eliminate a thermal stress during the operation of a power generator by using a metal fiber current collecting material having flexibility, electro- conductivity and porosity over a large area so as to constitute the power generator in combination of numerous cells. CONSTITUTION: A long metal fiber strip material 9 having electro-conductivity, flexibility and porosity is electronically conducted and connected to an inside electrode 2 in contact with a main portion of an electro-conductive mutual connecting material 6 which is in contact with the inside electrode 2 and is adapted to cover a main portion of a top surface of the inside electrode 2 not covered with a solid electrolyte 5. In order to connect numerous fuel cell connecting structures in a long array, the non-porous mutual connecting material 6 of one cell is brought into contact with an anode of another cell via a metal fiber connecting felt 9. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate a stress between the ceramic portions 6 of the fuel cells during operation and a heat cycle. |
