PURPOSE:To lock an own system without affecting a trouble to the service of an other system at the time of testing by providing a gate circuit for simultaneously locking the units of a protecting system having double structures. CONSTITUTION:When a protecting (1) system 2-1 is tested, one system simultaneously locking contact 12-1 is always disconnected. Thus, an inhibiting circuit 11-1 of one system does not receive the output vg1 of the system 2-1. Accordingly, a fine ground-fault sequence processor 5 is not driven by a signal from the system 2-1. That is, an unnecessary operation is eliminated. On the other hand, a protecting (2) system 2-2 is in an operable state, and the system 2-2 is in a service state including fine ground-fault selecting and interrupting functions. |
