The object of the present invention is to permit heat exchange, without any great cleaning requirements, of suspensions in tubular conduits, where the suspension contains cellulose, textile or mineral fibres and also other substances with a tendency to adhere to the heat- exchanging surface, such that adaptation of flow data provides a sufficient automatic cleaning effect through fibre accumulation on the tube wall and mechanical attrition between tube wall and fibres. <IMAGE> |
