<p>A carry-out lifter (23) is provided, on which packages of paper (22) are stacked. A push strut (33) feeds forward the upper-most package of paper on the carry-out lifter. A cutter (65,66) cuts open the front end and both sides of the front portion of the packaging paper (34) when the package (22) is fed. A packaging paper peeler (90) peels the opened packaging paper upward and downward to expose the front portion of the sheets of paper (28) to the outside. A paper sheet gripper (140) grips the front end portion of a pile of paper (28), withdrawing it from within the packaging paper (34) and stacking it on a carry-in lifter (29). A paper slip-off preventer (91) furnishes the pile of paper (28) with firmness before the paper is withdrawn from the packaging paper (34). A paper loosening device is provided with a roller conveyor (141) and blower nozzles (191), which are used to loosen the sheets of paper being transferred.</p> |
