PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having extremely improved impact resistance at normal temperature or low temperature without damaging charac teristic properties, by blending polyether imide with a specific modified ethylene- acrylic acid ester copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 50-99wt.% polyether imide is blended with (B) 50-1wt.% modified ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer prepared by grafting an alpha,beta-unsat urated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof onto an ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer. Maleic anhydride or maleinimide is preferably used in the component B. |
