<p>A sliding portion on which a plunger is moved slidingly is provided on the portion of the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder which is in the vicinity of an opening, in which the plunger is moved reciprocatingly. At a non-sliding portion between the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and the outer circumferential surface of the plunger, a shielding fluid flow is formed between a suction chamber and the sliding portion to shut off the suction chamber from the sliding portion.</p> |
