The pedal device for supporting and therapeutic purposes has a frame (1) with a three-point base, with longitudinals (2), and support for a water container (5). The bicycle part has an adjustable saddle (3) and handle-bars (4). The water container (5) has a drive mechanism with tread wheels and a longitudinal partition with holes to let the water through. The tread crank shaft has outside bearings and an inner mounting. There are propeller wheels (9), pedals, a hot-air compressor (11) with an inlet duct for the hot air into the water, and thermometer. A brake on the centre bearing makes pedalling more difficult.
