PURPOSE:To use a transmitting-light surface side electrode for an amorphous solar cell and a cathode side lead electrode for a thin-film secondary battery in common by using carbon paste as negative-electrode side leads for the amorphous solar cell and the thin-film secondary battery. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive film 2 is deposited on a light- transmitting insulating substrate 1, and thereafter a P-type amorphous silicon layer 3, an I-type amorphous silicon layer 4 and an N-type amorphous silicon layer 5 are deposited successively. Carbon paste is applied and dried by screen- printing as the conductive film 2 and a cathode side lead 6 for a thin-film secondary battery. A cathode 7 composed of copper Chevrel, a copper group solid electrolyte 8 and a positive electrode 9 consisting of copper Chevrel are shaped in succession through screen-printing, and a anode side lead 10 made of carbon paste is formed. Consequently, the integral type element of an amorphous solar cell 12 passivated by an epoxy resin 11 and the thin-film secondary battery 13 is shaped. Accordingly, a transmitting-light surface side electrode for the cell 12 and a negative-electrode side lead electrode for the battery 13 are used in common. |
