PURPOSE: To provided a solid capacitor having satisfactory characteristics by allowing a solid electrolyte to include an intrinsic conductive polymer as a genuine composition in a solid capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum oxide board 1 is surrounded by a polypyrrole layer 2. A graphite cover 3 is provided on the polypyrrole layer 2, and a silver cover 4 is provided on the graphite cover 3. Electric connection with the outside is operated by positive-negative connecting conductors 5 and 6. Elements are housed in an epoxy resin casing 7. A conductive polymer used for a capacitor is obtained as an intrinsic conductive polymer, that is, the conductivity is based on not conductivity by salt but electronic movement in the polymer. The conductive polymer can be a (p)<-> conductive or (n)<-> conductive type as a rule. Thus, a solid capacitor with satisfactory characteristics can be obtained. |
