The invention relates to the instantaneous measurement of the temperature of an element (10), without thermal contact, by measuring the temperature of the flow rate of a fluid at the inlet of a measuring area and at the outlet of said measuring area, and of the temperature of a wall (12) delimiting the measuring area. Thermocouples (28, 32) allow to take these temperature measurements and to transmit them to a data processing circuit (34). The invention applies particularly to contactless temperature measurement.
