PURPOSE:To improve the ion conductivity and workability by using a composition material made of segmented polyether urethane urea or segmented polyether urethane and lithium ion salt with specific polyalkylene oxide structure for the binding agent of a positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:A composition material made of segmented polyether urethane urea or segmented polyether urethane and lithium ion salt having the polyalkylene oxide structure expressed by the formula I as a soft segment is used for the binding agent of a positive electrode body. In the formula I, R indicates hydrogen or low-level alkyl group. The ion conductivity, workability and mechanical property of the positive electrode body are thereby improved, no liquid leakage occurs, and the electric characteristic and long-term reliability are improved. |
