PURPOSE:To obtain high suction force with a low air pressure loss, by transmitting fine vibration to a bearing from a solid vibration element arranged on the holder of an air flow rate detector unit, the rotary resistance of a valve being lowered. CONSTITUTION:In the course of a passage 24, the following items are arranged: a dust collector bag 25 collecting only dust which flows in from an air inlet 22; a motor fan 26 producing an air flow in the passage 24 by producing an air pressure; and an air flow rate detector unit 27 detecting the rate of an air flow generated by the motor fan 26, and controlling the input of the motor fan. A solid vibration element 36 is arranged on the upper part of a holder 31 in such a manner that the solid vibration element is provided with electric power and begins vibrating simultaneously with the rotation of the motor fan 26. The vibration of the solid vibration element is directly transmitted to the bearing 30 of the holder 31, and the rotary resistance of a shaft 28 becomes low. |
