PURPOSE: To prevent any breakage of a shank when a gasket is compressed by setting a volume of the gasket to be retained inside a groove smaller than that of the groove. CONSTITUTION: Since a plurality of recesses 50 are formed at the inside surface 48 of a gasket 44, the gasket 44 constitutes a plurality of digital portions 52 which engage with the outside surface 32 of a shank 30 and extend inward in a radial direction. Since the area of the gasket 44 is smaller than that of a groove 40, the gasket 44 is intruded into a cavity defined by the recesses 50 without exerting any stress on a bush 20 when it is compressed. However, the gasket 44 does not completely occupy the groove 40, thereby preventing exertion of a stress on the shank 30. Consequently, it is possible to prevent any breakage of the shank.
