PURPOSE:To improve precision on light regulation action and to prevent production of a feeling of physical disorder, by a method wherein, in a title device for an automobile, based on the advancing direction of a moving object and a solar light irradiation direction, a light transmission amount of a light regulating window glass in the irradiation direction of solar light is regulated. CONSTITUTION:Window glasses W1-W3 of an automobile are formed by electrochromic glass, and a light transmission amount is controlled to a value responding to a power fed through a switcher 1. Meanwhile, the advancing direction of a vehicle is detected by an azimuth meter 4, a quantity of light responding to a state of irradiation with a solar light with which a roof is irradiated is detected by a quantity of light detecting sensor 6, and is inputted to a controller 3 together with a time signal outputted from a clock circuit 5. The controller 3 computes and decides window glass, pointed to a solar light irradiation direction, and a power to be fed according to a given procedure to output it to the switcher 1. A mode set switch 7 sets automatic and manual operation. This constitution enables improvement of precision on operation and prevention of production of a feeling of physical disorder. |
