CONSTITUTION:When a reporting mode switch 1 is set at a closing position, year, month, day and minute to be inputted by an operator from a reporting time input key group 10 are detected by a controlling part 4, displayed in an display part 7 and simultaneously stored in a reporting memory 11. When one of function keys 2a is selected out of a function key group 2 and an ID card is thrown, card data are read from an ID card reader part 3 and outputted to the controlling part 4. The controlling part 4 adds condition data corresponding to the function key 2a, reporting time data stored in the reporting memory 7 and reporting data to show a reporting mode to the card data and stored in a memory part 5. |
