PURPOSE:To obtain the toner which is impregnated with a liquid ink and has a strong impact, resistance and is maintained a stable tone for a long period by forming a resin surface coated layer on a porous particle impregnated with the liquid ink. CONSTITUTION:The structure of the toner is composed of a structure formed the resin coated layer on the surface of a core impregnated the liquid ink in the small pore of a porous particle, and the opening part of the small pore of the porous particle is coated with the resin coated layer. Accordingly, the evaporation of the liquid ink from the small pore at the time of preserving for the long period, is prevented, and the running out of the liquid ink which is held in the porous particle, is prevented at the time of giving a strong impact to the toner. Especially, an org. solvent type liquid having strong volatility, can be used. Thus, the porous toner which is impregnated with the liquid ink and has the strong impact resistance and held the stable tone for the long period, is obtd. |
