PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for adjusting work of a real time clock by an operator, by transmitting time information to a facsimile apparatus from an communication equipment whenever necessary to adjust time of the real time clock. CONSTITUTION:A highly accurate real time clock is arranged on the side of a facsimile apparatus 1. Facsimile apparatuses 21-2n receive time information respectively with automatic transmission thereto 1 at a preset transmitting time and on the basis of the time information, a real time clock time is adjusted. Thus, the real time clock of the facsimile apparatuses 21-2n is adjusted to exact time once at a fixed cycle. |
