PURPOSE:To keep off any turnover at the time of sudden turning surely by installing an inner ring floatage detecting element, and stopping any traction control by a brake when a sudden turning inner ring is floated, while constituting engine output so as to be lowered as much as the specified value. CONSTITUTION:A wheel stroke l of each wheel of wheel stroke sensors 28L, 28R, 26L and 26R, a body velocity V of a body speed sensor 27 ad a steering angle lambda are all inputted into an inner ring floatage detecting element 34, and when lateral acceleration calculated with the body velocity V and the steering angle lambda becomes larger than a certain value and the wheel stroke l of at least one wheel in inner rings at the time of turning becomes more than the setting value, it is so judged that the inner ring is floated. When the floatage is judged by the detecting element 34, any slip control by a brake is not performed and such a signal as reducing engine output is outputted to a throttle control part 33. In brief, in the case of sudden turning inner ring floatage, the engine output is lowered up to a degree where a dange of turnover in keeping the floated wheel raced intact, thereby lowering driving force in the grounded wheel, and thus any possible danger for a wheel turnover is eliminated. |
