PURPOSE:To obtain the title nonwoven fabric outstanding feel, skin touch, water-absorptivity, etc., suitable for application on clothes, by laminating a fiber layer made from a hot-melt acrylonitrile-based polymer between a cellulose fiber layer and acrylic synthetic fiber layer followed by heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:First, (A) cellulose fiber such as cotton or linen is made into a fiber layer with a METSUKE (denseness) of pref. 20-200g/m<2> whereas, (B) (i) 30-80wt.% of acrylonitrile and (ii) 20-70wt.% of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the component (i) (e.g., vinyl chloride) are copolymerized into an acrylonitrile-based polymer with a reduced viscosity of 0.4-2.0and melt index of 5-100, which is made into a second fiber layer and laminated on the component A. Thence, (C) a third fiber layer made of a non-hot melt acrylic synthetic fiber is laminated thereon, followed by heat treatment e.g., in air at 100-200 deg.C, thus obtaining the objective nonwoven fabric. |
