PURPOSE:To obtain a hard fine cell polyurethane foam having a small cell diameter and excellent foam properties and moldability without increasing extremely the reaction speed of a system, by using an amine catalyst having a retarding effect obtd. by compounding formic acid in a mixture of three kinds of specified tert. amine compd. CONSTITUTION:An amine catalyst is formed by compounding 30-50 pts wt. triethylenediamine, 30-50 pts.wt. bis(dimethylaminoethyl) ether and/or N, N, N', N'',N''-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, 0-40 pts.wt. tetramethylhexamethylenediamine and/or trimethylaminoethylpiperazine and 0.2-1.5mol of formic acid per mol of triethylenediamine. |
